Ok, so far the past couple of weeks ive been on this healthy tip, as im trying to get my body into shape for summer. Im going away and i just want things to be toned and lookable. Ive been doing it for a couple of months and its paying of im doing regular excercises..the norm like joggin and walking places instead of car and bus.
